As we have mentioned on our Food page under Cafe/Restaurant Standards, we have high standards to meet when eating out. If we can get better at home then why would we want to eat worse and pay more for it?
There are gems out there amongst the rabble, so we thought we’d list where our standards have been met. These places need to be supported as they are quite outstanding.
The way we have listed each place is by the year we visited. We all know places can change over time so some of our recommendations may become outdated (we hope not though). A few we have visited more than once so those are listed as the year most recent. If you have Instagram then you can look at either of our photo maps to see pictures of most of the places. This page will be continually updated as we visit new places.
